Why it matters
Fewer people at the door at once
Every token is unique
Each booking gets the next token in the doctor’s session. A token is never reused or given twice, even when many people call at the same moment.
Hourly arrival windows
Patients are told to come in a window, such as 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Arrivals spread across the session
Fewer people turn up at once, so the waiting room stays calmer.
Daily capacity per doctor
Set how many patients each doctor sees in a day.
A full day is clear to callers
When a day is full, callers hear that today is full.
